From anxious avoidance to confident connections

When I lost my dad, I was in a dark place for a long time. The loss left a void that I didn’t know how to fill, and I struggled daily with feelings of insecurity, anxiety, and a profound sense of fear around losing other people. I constantly questioned my worth, felt disconnected from my friends, and worried that I was a burden to everyone around me.
I pushed through, avoiding my grief and hoping with 'time' it would all get better. But my relationships suffered as I desperately sought reassurance from my partner and avoided deep connections with friends, fearing they would leave me too. I felt stuck, watching others move on with their lives while I remained engulfed in my grief. The overwhelm was unbearable, and overthinking became a part of my daily routine, especially when I didn’t get a text back from a friend.
I sought help, learned to manage my overwhelming feelings instead of avoiding them, and slowly started rebuilding my internal safety and confidence. 
Now, I am committed to helping others who are going through similar struggles. I created this workshop to share the tools and insights that transformed my life.
