Hi, I'm Kayleigh
I'm the Founder of @goodgrief_uk, and I'm a Nervous System Practitioner and Grief Coach.
I specialise in helping people who have lost a parent to navigate the overwhelming emotions, relationship anxieties, and insecurities that often follow. I’ve made it my mission to support others in finding inner calm and rebuilding their self-esteem after such a significant loss.
After losing my dad, I was able to:
• Restore Emotional Stability: I learned to process my emotions in a healthy way, creating a sense of inner calm and security in my relationships.
